Nourish Farm reflects a commitment to cultivating high-quality, local, fresh food.
After Robert’s retirement from the Air Force, the couple—both Auburn alumni—returned to the Auburn area to begin their next chapter. In 2019, they established Nourish Farm and began exploring various agricultural methods. Through that journey, they discovered their niche in growing microgreens and gourmet mushrooms, and now producing Umami seasoning.
What started as a small operation has steadily grown. Today, Nourish Farm’s fresh Lion’s Mane, Blue Oyster, and King Trumpet mushrooms anchor its collection of Umami seasonings.
